Create a program that will create a spreadsheet from the PDF Document Properties data

Hi there, As properties for the PDF document are embedded, in order to read the properties requested, the application has to open file for reading. This means that the file should not be locked for reading. If this is ok, I think that I would be able to create an application to process more than 10 files per second. Can do this with a good GUI, with progressbar, with option to either want it on csv or .xls/.xlsx, include subfolders, all things in the project description. Done reading of pdf metadata before. I am a professional software engineer just looking to make some extra money on the side. I would do this project in Java, a language I've been using for over 8 years. My day job typically involves dealing with large amounts of data. I've done very similar activities to this, producing CSV files from some data set, so this project would be very easy for me to complete. One question I have: is your target platform (Windows Server) headless? i.e. do you want this program to have a GUI or console interface? The answer to this question does not change my bid, I just wanted to clarify.
