Android app for minipc TV using Java Code

Today we use PC with windows 7 running java aplication that show queue from our Queue Calling System, The panel use javafx and show mp4 video at same time that show nexts queue call. you can download the [login to view URL] and run with java7 JVM connecting at my server ip [login to view URL], it will connect ad show service to test can login at [login to view URL] user panel pass panel go to at Atendimento insert any number and click at "chamar o proximo" = Call Next Person , then the next number will show at [login to view URL] aplication, I need to convert this app to android 4.0 high to run at minipc like model mk802II and others, need to provide the android APK and eclipse version with workspace etc. AT [login to view URL] will go both the client and the server, just the client need to work with.
