Android Scan and Play Video Simple Code

Need a simple proof of concept code that scan a QRcode ( encoded URL ) using zxing scanner appls and play a video that is embedded in the URL. The video player must be able to run the .mp4 and .flv file formats. The project must be released as eclipse project and must be compile with-out any error. example: http://mysite/[login to view URL] Budget is $40 --- simple!
