It seems you are planning to attract buyers from China to properties in Australia. How would you mkt your properties? Investment properties or to those who want to emigrate to Australia? Or to those whose siblings would go to study in Australia and so they will buy a house there. Being said that means your exposure/link should also line up with emigration companies and overseas study centres in China.
All kinds of business skills is not a
problem as I have specialised in energy, metals and minerals and
financial fields. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Can
particularly assist companies which want to penetrate into HK and China.
I am a native Hongkonger, not in China. I could not be as familiar
with China as locals there. But what I think that matters you is you
need not a local translator but a guide with business minded. From
time to time that I may give you some advice so as to prevent from
falling into any traps in doing business in China.
After visit, you may need the person to follow up on things like
quotation, sample..... given that you could not visit frequently or
just for some minor things..
And you have to cover all my expenses on transportation and hotel.
