Buying lists of do-follow links

We are looking to buy a list of sites that can be used for link building. Sites must allow for do-follow links and must be PR2+. No adult, gambling etc etc sites. No profile sites, I don't want Angela type links. No more than 5 links on the page where the links can go. Need to be laid out in an excel spreadsheet with the sites name/URL, the page the links will go on, the sites PR I'm not wanting a link building campaign, I want a link building LIST. Please bid with how much per 100 links. And how many of each PR your providing. If the list is substantial, I will be buying more from you in the future. Happy bidding.
