Business’s Marketing, Website and SEO analysis

I am the owner of a web design company who sells websites to local small businesses. Before I meet with a client it is routine for me to research their company’s website, their competition, aesthetically pleasing websites in their industry and recommend the best use of a website for their business from a marketing and operations perspective. I would like to outsource this permanently. Every week I meet with between 1 and 5 prospects where I will need this report. This first initial report should be considered a trial that I will use to determine whether we can have a long term relationship. I am looking for an individual that has a strong understanding of the English language, marketing and SEO. I’m looking for a 5 – 15 page report. I don’t need long paragraphs. I prefer short bullet points illustrating each point possibly in an outline format. Here is what I would like to see in the first report: The prospect is: [login to view URL] and the document should be in DOCX format. 1. The first page should be a title page with the front page of the prospects name. “Prepared for…” 2. Please take 1 screen shot of their home page for the 2nd page. 3. Point out what is wrong with the current site and how it should be improved. Please use screen shots with arrows and notes describing each issue that you identify. These should include: a. Aesthetic changes b. Content changes c. New pages or different pages d. SEO issues e. Any other issues that could be resolved with a new site. 4. Who are their top competitors with in their city? Competitors are considered the first results when searched on Google. Please show what keywords you searched and the top competitors for each keyword. 3-4 keywords minimum. 5. Identify at least three websites that are very aesthetically pleasing and do a wonderful job with navigation and content. These three sites will be the basis for a recommendation for a new redesign. The reasons these sites are better should be clear and described with arrows and notes within the report. The report needs to be very visual and well written in the English language as I will be presenting it to the client in less than 20 minutes. The overall goal of this report is to influence the client to have their site redesigned by us. The report should express to the client that their site needs redesigned and our company is the most knowledgeable and capable for the job.
