direct referrals for ptc site

I am looking for a person who can manage 80 real direct referrals for a ptc site that I have joined.I want only real people as direct [login to view URL] maximum budget for this project is $40.i.e 0.5$ per direct referral. payment will only be made for those referrals having an average of minimum 3.00(freelancers who have joined any ptc sites or having experience of ptc sites will be preferred) NOTE:Referral link will be given after winning the project.
