I would like to hire an Artist

ok. so basically i am looking for an art piece of a mascot. I want it to be a persona and character that i can reuse for multiple projects. I want this character to be female, and to be an anime styled type of art piece. I will try to describe it the best i can. I am thinking of starting a youtube music project with weekly or monthly uploads of public domain music. The videos will be music videos with this character on screen while the music plays. It will mainly be Electronic Dance Music or something in the lines of that. For example, Pendulum, Deadmau5... that EDM type of music. with this in mind, i want it to be a sinister type of art piece. I imagine a dj gone tragically mad and ends up murdering the entire crowd she was entertaining. And she has this sick serial killer type of kick. This is what she does. Gathers people to a black outed club and murders them while the music plays. That is the type of character i would like to see. I am in hopes that the character will be the face of the youtube channel, as well as appear in multiple videos and/or albums if i go that far. The files i include show basically the type image i am looking for. some character i can show while the music plays. Please do not base the character on the images. I just wanted to show the type of style. A female, preferably with a black background. I want the female be sinister. As far as color scheme, i would like green and pupil. almost neon green and neon pupil. I want the character to look as if she just got done murdering the people that were at the EDM club. Think glow sticks and Strobe lights. That kind of neon look... cant really find an art piece like this... so please do what ever feels good for your skill set, please feel free to what ever look you like... If not, the classic red and black theme will do. But i will leave the artist up to that honestly. But of course i know not every one is going to be able to do exactly what i want... I hope this paints the picture i would like to have. all i ask is that i would like her to be totally Mad. A pose with a sinister smile, an expression of murder, or just what ever the artist can do within their skill set. I want to make the people that watch the video, listen to the music... but at the same time stare at her while the music plays. A look of crazy, sexy, wonder, and a dash of fear. I hope this is descriptive enough.
