Create stencil designs and assembly video

I need someone to create 3D stencils in PDF based on a clean template .AI file as well as create an HOW TO video. You do NOT need to record audio but video needs to be with excellent lighting and speed up video techniques need to be utilized to produce a 3 mins or less video on how to create the stencil you designed. The creation must be original and must be done with 3D pen. Ideally since we are trying to sell our 3D pen, it is strongly recommended you keep the branding of the pen OUT OF THE SHOT at all times. If we like the price and work, there is ongoing work and a pen and filaments can be sent out to qualified candidate for ongoing work. Need a quote and time frame per stencil. Minimum 1 stencil per week for an 8 - 10 week period to begin. All working files (audio, video, .ai and .pdf) must be submitted. Not looking for final product only. Can easily edit video for post production narrative and music on our end. Just need the raw edited footage to which we will audio sync narrative from there. It is a 2 step process. First the stencil must be designed, and then the video. Quote is for bulk designs but broken down on a per-stencil basis. I will assign this as a very small project ranging from $250 - 750 but that is NOT what we are looking to spend.
