Design For T-shirt

I am looking for somebody to create a BLACK CAT design based on the famous BLACK DOG design (see attached file). This is for a non-commercial project, so this is an item that is NOT going to be sold. Therefore, using an existing clip art file as the template is fine, as long as the end result is similar in design to the original. It has to be high enough res to be printed on a T-shirt. One change from the original is that the cat should NOT have a collar.
