Book cover design

I need a book cover for an astrology book. The book cover is the second in a series and the design needs to be in a similar style to the blue image attached to this message. The design needs to relate to astrology and reincarnation, using imagery of 8 people max throughout the ages (historical character) to represent one persons different lives. (see attached images as an example. I will provide image guidelines for this)The book cover also needs to reference the Lunar nodes (two standard astrology symbols). The cover must resemble the same style as the image attached. It needs to be bright and eye-catching and have an air of spirituality about it.
