Create a Table Of Contents HTML code for a CMS Prestashop page

I have a very long article and want to have a table of contents just like Wikepedia (see attachment), so that users can on any numbers and/or titles to jump to the respective section or sub-section. I have approximately 17 sections and 35 sub-sections. For example, it goes like: 1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE 2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION 2.1 Dosing Card 2.2 Lower Extremities 2.3 Upper Extremities 2.4 Special Precautions 3 DOSAGE FORMS AND STRENGTHS I have my article in word format and would like you to have it in HTML format so that I can paste the code in the CMS page. For SEO purposes, it would be perhaps preferable to have H2 for section titles and H3 heading for sub-sections. Please read the project carefully.
