Hi Unlike the majority of designers using freelancer, I'm UK based so you can expect no issues in terms of communicating clearly with me. I'd be excited to help out with this project. To clarify, my proposal is on the basis that you are looking for a set of HTML templates, which is how the brief reads (rather than php). I have recently joined freelancer so am looking to work with me first client here - please don't disregard me on that basis!
