This is very small and easy job for those, who had done this before -> I need Counter Strike Global Offsense server to be installed and configured on my Windows 2008 server. You can install and configure it using TeamViewer. I need GunGame mode in my server, voting for next map when map time ends, and all standard functions. Also i need web loading or plugin. I mean, when player connects to game, there is some kind of popup page with web layout, so there i can write news about server in some html or so document. Maximum budget for this is 15 USD, but i will choose cheapest one with experience on CS:GO server creation. For guy who know how to do it, it should not take more than 30 minutes.

I have a lot of experience with Windows 2008 servers, also setting up steam/valve games, (I'm a dev for 3 Gmod servers and 2 CS:GO servers) I believe I can have this setup in roughly an hour.
