About this project, without the contract with companies of money transfering, it there will be more difficult, we have to record into a site, and get the rate, what about iif we can not get: captcha very difficult; image as result. So I change my proposal, I consider a very good business with possbilities to deliver more services. I can do it remotely to a Windows or Linux server. Maybe using PHP and Python too. Google appengine offer good rates and scalability: There Python is the choice. We have also to think that without a server like Wavemaker that let deliver the same contect to pc, tablets, phones, we must program differents page as response.
