Responsive web site design.

We are looking for an expert Responsive HTML designer who can redesign and convert our current webpage content at [login to view URL] to meet the google update. This will require a ground up redesign on the one hand, but without the blue sky thinking of a brand-new website on the other (in other words: there is a website that needs to be updated, and in the process you will need to make it better & responsive based on your experience and our brief). An example layout is attached Requirements: 1. Must incorporate W3C compliant Cross-Browser HTML design and pass the Google mobile-friendly checker successfully for all public pages. 2. Must be all in one, don't change on detect mobile, adapt contents by display size. For example the fluid mode of some grid design views. 3. All page urls will remain the same so as not to affect Google-ranking 4. Must be supported by the most usual browsers, IE from v-8. Safari from v-6, Firefox from v-31, Chrome from v-37 and Opera from v-27. European time zones are preferred as is working methods that naturally include the sharing of dropbox/google drive files and the use of Skype/Hangouts.
