Design unique Indian graphics (to be cut out as decals)

We need some unique Indian graphics designed. We are currently building an Indian Doli (see attached sample pictures), and we are going to need some graphics designed so that we can have them cut out as decals and places on the Doli. Please refer to the different attached images and the different looking gold designs/etc on the Doli's...those are what we need designed. I will say we are not sure which exact design we are going with just yet (but will soon), but we just need to get the process started with someone who can make these. Some of the areas the same patterns are just repeated and such, others not so much. In the end these graphics need to be Vectored and in AI or EPS file type. For some who do not know what Vectored is: "Graphics must be saved in Vector based file formats. Vector based images are made up of lines and curves and can be resized, and manipulated without losing the quality of the graphic. Vector graphics are defined by a series of mathematical equations and enable us to scale the object to any size without losing any detail or clarity. JPEG and TIFF files are not able to achieve this manipulation." I've had many issues over the years of people not putting graphics in the proper format to be cut out into decal form. I had to pay more money to get them right and I'm tired of doing that. If you do not know much about this and the process do some research please. Payment will not be made until project is 100% complete as required. Being such a unique project, I will need to see some kind of proof you can do this type of work. This project may be ideal for someone from India, who might just have access to some of these designs or something. I did set our budget lower as we'd like to keep this as reasonable as possible, please try to keep as close to the budget as possible, thanks.
