Design of the interior of a 64 pages computer book

Design of the interior of a 64 pages computer book (I have the cover). I need a professional book designer who can make a simple design with a readable look and deliver a file ready for the printer. We must agree about the design and you must come with a suggestion before you make the entire design. You must show me some examples to prove your experience with book design. The text is delivered in Word with marks for the index. There is about 50 images (mostly in tif). The result must be delivered in InDesign and PDF ready for production (digital printing and offset printing). You must use the distiller options for PDF files provided by my printer.
