I need a short ebook designed for protein shake recipes. This book is for everyday people/fit people/people looking to get fit. Not designed for body builders– so keep it more realistic. The book is to be in A4 format, coloured, images, and have 10 recipes. The contents are to go as follows; Cover page Nice internal pictures to attract people – bright, healthy, protein shake images Introduction What are protein shakes Why drink them? When should you drink them – provide an example (eg, 1 hour before gym or within 1 hour from a work out etc.) What are they made from / made with? How are they good for you? what are the benefits? 10 Recipes Each recipe should include; Good size image Name/Heading (sub heading – if appropriate, eg. Banana protein shake – “The muscle cramping saviour”) Ingredients Method Servings (eg. Serves 2) If the recipe was found from an external source / someone elses publication that cannot be shared without reffering back to, always put an * to be safe, and then refer back to it at the end of the book. After the 10 recipe pages, include some more imagery shots, some fitness shots of healthy and fit people and their fit bodies (try target gym people with nice toned bodies, but not intense body builders, where their muscles are too defined and intimidating). Reference page: here include those recipes you put the * next too as it was from an external source, and include the appropriate information (eg. Name / website address / address of the information found).
