Design 1 page flyer for dental office

I would like a 8.5 x 11 flyer made to post in the reception area of my dental office. I have attached a word document with the specifics of what I want done. I would like the flyer to be a professional looking design that is pleasing to the eye - something like you might find in a magazine.
