Design a 2 Flyers

Every year, The Gap Uniting Church holds a Garage Sale and an Autumn Fair. These have been using the same leaflets/flyers/pictures for the past 5-10 years and it's time to update! More info can be found on it's website - [login to view URL] Both flyers/leaflets need to be in Microsoft Publisher format so that they can continue to be updated as required in following years. This file will be used to create jpg's, online media and print hard copy from A5 to A3 sizes. It would be good in the end product worked well as a colour and a black and white graphic. Both flyers need to have the Uniting Church Logo included (attached). Garage Sale Flyer: Publisher file attached containing all 2016 info/dates. This is a two sided flyer. The first side is a 'grab attention' and critical info. The second side is all the details including drop-off/donation information. I have uploaded an example Flyer which our organizing committee like and good be used as a base. Autumn Fair Flyer: Publisher file attached containing all 2016 date. This is a very very basic A5 flyer which we would like to convert into something much more like the example Flyer attached (the flyer that was mentioned as part of the Garage Sale). Looking to tie everything into a community feel. We do have an Autumn Fair logo (files attached too) and are happy for fonts/sizes to be changed if required - especially for the 'supporting our community' tag line. Please feel free to quote a price higher than the guided amount - this needs to be right rather than cheap
