Credit card graphics

Very simple project just need someone to add simple graphis to a credit card back ground and resize it to 3.370 × 2.125 in add Loot across the card and my logo in the lower right with the world graphic above in visa card style all images are provided one image that says business class one image that says premier card. my images are attached show me what you can do these images are protected one the design is correct I will purchase the images and send them for the final design. This should take no more than a half hour for some one who is skilled $45.00 worth of work .
