I am looking for a professional web developer for building Arabic WordPress templates, with neat and modern front-ends that can bring up visitors, the project includes three websites for an NGO in Iraq, these websites are:
1- A website for the foundation showing information about it, how to be part of it, announcements of its events, briefs about its projects and forms for signing up for them.
2- A mutli-author blog, made comfortable for accepting writings and showing authors information, with three big categories and some sub-categories, and some widgets for opening up writing competitions and events on the main page.
3- A think-tank-like website, the main page should be a simple one with captions about the categories (or a slider), and then each category has some small important features, but basically they are articles with some images, and maybe two or three should interact easily for adding up posts regularly.
Notes:
* The websites are in Arabic, so it's essential that the developer knows how to efficiently work for RTL environment.
* Domains/Hosting are part of the budget.

1) First website will be a dynamic informational website, At there user will be able to sign Up.
2) Second will be a Multi author blog, where user/admin will be able to post contents, Integrated with 3 Categories, and subcategories after,We will use necessary widget like calendarwatch, Arabic news etc.
