Create a Video

We are looking for a short 30 seconds to 2 minutes video depicting a scene from a project we are currently working on. It needs to start with a dark torture room with a single swinging light. A para military male sitting tied up in a chair with his back partially toward the camera (face not visible) female body barely visible in background, another male body with decapitated head. Then flash to a situation room or maybe oval office with the president and a few cabinet members discussing things ( exact quotes will be provided) then flash back to the torture room with a guard entering with a gun. perhaps to the captives head. you will have a little creative freedom from this point but the aforementioned is a must.
