I need the attached PSD's written as HTML It must be responsive. I have also included the mobile version The forms need to be able to be filled in. The contact us form will send an email to a preset email address with the enquiry once submitted it will pop up with an success alert. The form for the contest will check to see if the unique code is in the mysql database and if it is it will then check if it has been used. If it has been used or is not in the list it will then pop up with an error alert. If the unique code has not yet been used and is correct it will log the entrants details against it then pop up with a success alert. It will only have one page the terms and conditions and the contact us are further down the page.
