Hi there! Took a look at your site, depending on the changes you require, this looks to be a pretty simple task. It appears you are using a Wordpress theme, so I would just need the PDF with your changes and a username/password to access the administrative panel. Should be able to do anything I need from there. Please note, I offer a low bid as I am new to this website and am looking to get some ratings on the board. For the price, it should be no sweat to update any text or image content, make any minor changes to the CSS code, positioning elements, styling colours or layouts or add any additional pages. It is hard to tell what changes you require, but I generally wouldn't charge much more than that for basic updates anyway. If you are looking at more major overhauls, including adding a store or member logins, things of that nature, then the job would be somewhat more costly and take some more time. As for qualifications, I administrate several Wordpress websites for clients, so do these kinds of jobs fairly regularly. Otherwise, I work as a part time network administrator and full time user interface developer for a game development studio in Melbourne (Tantalus Media if you are interested), designing and programming layouts for console and mobile games.
