Hi. As far as I know, no versions of CSS from 123 can directly manipulate vector, nor bitmaps. Images must be loaded to HTML DOM first and it's the DOM which CSS should handle / style. Could you provide more info like: a. what kind of animation: is there an initial image transformed into final image? b. type of input: does that mean a "click" / "hover" on the image starts the animation?
