Build a viral news website

Hello Freelancer! I'm looking for someone to create and design a viral news website for me. Think of Buzzfeed combined with Upworthy ViralNova if you want an idea of what I am looking for. However, there are way too many websites up online, making the viral news "industry" pretty overcrowded. For that matter, I want this site, similar to ViralNova, to be a combination of news stories and images (visually appealing). I will be getting a VPS (virtual private server) as it will definitely be needed based on the amount of traffic coming to the website. Furthermore, I would prefer to the website designer to use wordpress as it is free and if there is a premium theme, I will pay for it myself as long as it can run the site with stability. This project should not take more than 2 days to complete as all the content that will be posted on it (5-10 times a day) will be taken care of by myself and my team of content writers. For references to what exactly I am looking for, look up ViralNova to get a concept, but remember that I want something unique, modern, sleek, simple, excellent interface for overall user interaction and experience and stable. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE MESSAGING ME. Once again, I have a budget as I can do this project myself (wordpress anyone can really use to create) so I need it done quick and economical.
