Build a Website - User registration,Login, My account pages, and forgot password page

I need you to code in traditional PHP, 1 registration page, 2 login pages, 1 my account page and 1 forgot password functionality. all designs(css and html,javascript) will be provided, you should use sha-256 for encryption and database is also provide, sqlsrv() extension will be use. this is for a continuous development and not from scratch development. this should be easy. don't apply if you're using a mac then you don't know how to configure it to use MS SQL Server.
