Build a Website - Australian Doll Social Club

I need a website for a social media-esque online community run by a non-profit team. Features should include a forum (I am happy with phpBB or Simple Machines to make it faster, as I'm knowledgeable in both, but a custom theme to match the rest of the site would be greatly appreciated), a section for people to upload photos and bio's of their dolls (can be sorted by doll brand, sculpt, size, gender, etc.), a member profile section with social media buttons to link off to people's various social profiles (Instagram, tumblr, Facebook, etc.), a contact us section, an events calendar (can only be edited by administrators) with separate pages for events. An example of what we are after can be found at [login to view URL] (this is the old abandoned version by the last freelancer we hired who simply stopped working on it and wouldn't get in contact with us). We also have images on hand to demonstrate the look we are after, as well as a colour palette with specific hex values, fonts we wish to use (I have purchased a font set already to be used and will provide a receipt to prove same) and our logo and background images. As I've stated already, we are non-profit, so our funds are very tight. We do acknowledge that this may restrict what content we can hire for.
