Developing a website to stream audio clips. The audio clips will be ranked into billboard-like chart based on the number of times it has been streamed. The audio clips can be downloaded for a fee. As a user, I should be able to upload the song easily and add info such as when it was created and where. This info should be hidden from public. Once uploaded, it can be streamed by internet users. The concept is similar to Soundcloud.
