Build a Website

Hello I want a simple copy of the best parts of existing websites. I have a small coin store. I only sell Silver and Gold in limited brand. I want to create an online store to sell more. I would like a website that is simple, and mobile friendly. These websites are very busy looking and have way more product than I have. I want the ability to add different coins and bars. I do not want to update the prices manually. (these sites auto update per minute or when you hit refresh) I want to have just a few tabs. And one of them is a blog I think. Where I can daily add comments and videos, charts etc. I want to be able to do online sales. When orders come in I can see them. I want to have control to edit the site in case I get new coins or bars. Take and set up payment online. Maybe navigate these sites and see what I mean. Let me know if you can do this. The biggest thing is sites link their prices to spot price of the metal on a real time basis during work hours. But they also need to add a premium which is additional cost above the spot price.
