Build a Website

We are a premium gift supplier in Malaysia. Our customers consist of resellers and direct end users. We would like to create a website and upload all our products onto the website. The website should be able to have the functions below 1) Instant chat function (customers can ask question privately trough Instant messaging without having to register or login) 2) The Website need to have client view and admin login panel 3) We need to maintain customer database 4) Customer can be assigned to group 5) Admin page that support uploading multiple products by using excel csv file 6) We have a list of categories with sub-categories. 1 product can be in multiple categories or sub categories (example: Water bottle is belong to “Special Promotion”, “Below RM15”, “Drinkware”, “Bottles”, “Lifestyle”) It should appear when customer click on any of these categories 7) We only need to have 5 menus. [login to view URL] 9) Customer are able to create multiple “Proposal Listing” a. Customer can add item to selected proposal listing b. It can be any item in the website. c. Customer can view and delete item to be listed in proposal listing d. Customer to Set the title of the proposal listing e. Once customer confirmed with the proposal listing, customer can chose to export as pdf or print. f. It is 6 item in one A4 page g. Customer can save their proposal listing in the account. 10) It has to be mobile friendly website.
