Build a Website

I need a travel website, based on an already installed Joomla template. The site is currently running Joomla 3.2.4 with php 5.3.3. The site should be fully functioning allowing users to sign in and book travel. The site should be geared towards group travel, ie being able to book travel for a group or be able to join a group travel event. The site will integrate with other travel sites or networks or api\'s like the Expedia Affiliate Network. The site will also integrate with php based \"social engine\" platform which has already been licensed. Please do not reply if you are unwilling or unable to complete the work within the budget constraints. Max budget for this project is: $350-$600, but we will accept finishing the project in stages. With that said, we prefer to work with only one or two developers so for the right developers we have a lot of projects that we need to get finished a.s.a.p. Because communication is key in meeting all requirements English is a must. I have a very tight timeline, so I need this a.s.a.p.
