Dear Sir, I already have a project like this with me. I am a professional java developer and new to freelancing. I create my own projects during free time. I created a web project using javascript for finding distance between cities some time back. On entering the two city names in the input fields, the program determines the distance between them and highlights the two cities and the shortest path between them on a map. The implementation was made using Floyd Warshall's algorithm. I currently have it for 8 cities of India. I can easily extend it to 25 cities. I can hand it over to you within few days.
