Build a Website

I have a very simple website that I want build. There will be grid in the middle of the page with selectable boxes that will be 10 px by 10 px and contain an image. There will be about 100 of these boxes going horizontally to make 1000 pixels. And I want the number of boxes going down vertically to be unlimited, like Pinterest. The most important thing is being able to upload a 10px by 10px image or larger image to fill in multiple boxes like 20px by 20px or 30px by 60px using increments of 10px.
