We need a single page website. On this website, the users will register and fill up a basic form. Other than being a static webpage, it would have two additional features: 1) Registration and 2) Database management at the back end. The webpage needs to be designed keeping one of the following websites in mind: [login to view URL] You can use Wordpress,PHP or anything else that you think would be more suited. This is a pilot project at this stage and we might have to expand the scope of the website at a later stage. Also, if we are happy with this website, we would like to give the project for the website with an increased scope to the same person. That would entail an equity stake and a more than reasonable compensation. Would request all freelancers to submit their bid along with a link to their portfolio / single page websites they might have created in the past. Design needs to be simple yet visually enticing. Have full creative liberty to choose visual elements/colours/designs keeping in mind it doesn’t lead to any copyright infringement. Obviously we will not be able to disclose all the finer details of the project here, will provide further details to short listed candidates in a private chat.

To clarify, all you need for users to be able to do is register on the frontend? What are they registering for? What kind of data are you managing in the backend, just the user-submitted info? Do users need to be able to log in after registering, and if so to access what? I would most likely build the site on ProcessWire, an open-source PHP content management framework. Being that I am not a designer, I can at least recognize what looks good and bad, so I can select pre-made templates for us to choose from or emulate.
