Looking for a web developer to build a platform for clients and for admin(me). There must be an option to register for clients and a login. There must be a selection where i can put links from my admin panel with preview. Every client must have his own id. And they should take links with their id at the end by clicking get link. /if you can do this,and have question ask me/ also no wordpress.

Hello sir, I have read your requirement understood the complete work flow i will create registration form where customer can register with their details and can login .. they will have their ID they can see my account page and they can see links list and when they will click on Link they can get link and this will be notified in admin that this user has taken this link with his ID I will provide you admin panel where u can see all users and also can add , edit , delete links .
