Build a website where customers can log in and create a listing. Listings need to be searchable based on set criteria. website also needs to be able to create unique code's which can be checked at a later point. Being upfront I don't have money to pay. Im looking to create a partnership, all people involved will have equal ownership of the website, myself included.
