I don't even know if this will even be possible. There will be lots of variables to discuss. But basicly I would like a chrome web app. Not a website. An app that actually run natively in chrome. The app would be lyrics presentation software. An app similar to these apps. [login to view URL] First run just need some basic features. Songs with image backgrounds and video(This will be tough). I can help a lot with design. I'm thinking about polymer but I'm not sure if we can get that into a packaged app. Please feel free to discuss this with me before bidding.
