We have a 28 pages MS Word brochure / presentation / sales proposal.
The text is formatted in MS Word, with styles, chapters, sub-chapters. It will be sent to the winner, after the project is awarded.
We usually send it as PDF to our clients, and now we want a new redesign, to be more visually appealing and inviting to be read.
No need for too much graphic sophistication or originality. The text must shine.
You can adapt any templates on the web or inspire from them (a list for inspiration is attached below).
It must be simple but pleasing and easy to read.
No need to collect data and text from other multiple documents: all the content needed is in our previous brochure (attached).
File format wanted: Adobe Indesign.
Total text length (formatted text in MS Word provided by us): 50000 characters with spaces.
Language: Romanian (if you need to understand, it can be easily translated with google translate).
Page format: A4.
Page number: we aim for maximum 50 pages (+/- 10 pages, depending of the graphic content and formatting you choose).
Font scheme: Raleway & Georgia (the smallest must be minimum 12 points)
Color scheme:
- orange – RED=230, GREEN=119, BLUE=37
- teal – RED=0, GREEN=161, BLUE=178
- eventually, a third color as you choose to be fit.
You will choose graphics, icons, photos, in harmony with the text, and place them where and how you consider fit.
Use nice typography, eventually following the typography checklist attached.
We do now want too many big dark backgrounds, because the brochure must be easily printable on regular office printers with minimal ink consumption, without affecting legibility if printed in black/white.
Artistic effect should come from typography, white space, subtle lines, meaningful icons, minimalism.
We would like a subtle retro/vintage touch, but that is not compelling if you have better modern ideas.
We want cleanly organized styles, layers, swatches, masterpages and automatically updated table of contents and page numbers in the final INDD file.
We will have more projects, so if you do a great job we can work with you repeatedly.
