Banner Mock-up then Real Banner

I need 3 SMALL mock-ups of a banner and then the final banner. The information in the attached file must be used to create a 6 ft. wide x 2 ft. high banner (subject to slight change in dimensions) The project includes: 1) 3 different mock-ups of 6" x 2" - required within 6 hours of this bid request 2) Redo the attached logo to have the exact same quality on the final banner as in its original form? but also completely scalable (vector) 3) Create the graphic for the banner in its final size. Please consider the following: - The final banner should be 300dpi or greater - no part of the final banner can be pixellated. - Do not use a stencil font,? stamp font or any fancy font. Sans Sarif is likely best - The text should have some depth to it - The logo design cannot be changed - It must be recreated but must be of the same quality up to 2 feet high. - The arrangement of the? text CAN be changed - The final banner should not be extra ornate (decorative) - The background of the banner can be white or red I have included a large logo that was version 1 of the logo that needs to be used. The final logo must appear like the one in my sample banner. Thank you!
