AQI Project (Website and App development)

I essentially intend to start a website followed by a mobile app which lists air quality data (additionally weather data like UV Index/Temp/RH/Wind Speed etc.) in a manner that can be disseminated easily especially over social media. My project therefore would in the initial stage aim to provide real-time air quality data on Indian cities through whatever monitoring centres that are currently functional via the website and apps and then down the line go in for crowd funding on kickstarter/indiegogo etc. so as to set up multiple monitoring stations across cities. I already have purchased a domain name and have an AWS account. Would need someone to ideally create: 1) SQL Database for structured content storage of the various parameters (AQI data/date/time/UV Index et al.) 2) Website Development and Hosting (Fetching data from 3rd party websites/sources via. something like beautiful soup) 3) Web and App UI/UX design
