Build and host a landing page

I need for someone to build and host a landing page for two months while the website is being tested and ready to go-live. The main purpose of the landing page is to get users to sign-up and share the new with their friends. The functionalities needed are: 1) Users should be able to sign-in using existing Facebook or Twitter accounts, or by entering an email account. 2) Users should be able to invite their friends using Facebook, GooglePlus or Twitter accounts. 3) If the user’s friends sign-up using this link, then there should be a way to track this. That is, we need to track how many friends of a user also sign-up. 4) When the website is closer to being launched, the website will display a countdown timer. You’ll also be doing the background images and other social media icons. The text of the landing page and layout sketch will be provided if you are shortlisted in the bidding process. Logo, website fonts and color scheme shall be shared after work is awarded. Please share examples of landing pages you have built earlier.
