Blog posts lined up horizontally and vertically with title, clickable image and a short description

Hello right now. I have the following wordpress site: [login to view URL] As you can see the blog posts are just the title with a short excerpt and a read more button. Now I would like to have the blog posts lined up like on this site: [login to view URL] i would like to have 3 blog posts lined up horizontally with above the picture the title, then under it the picture and under the picture a place where you can put a short excerpt/description. I would like to be able to present a maximum of lets say 12 blog posts on my home page (3 blog posts horizontally and 4 rows of it) and I would like to be able to set how much I can show, so I can later maybe alter the 12. So if you would apply that to my current site ([login to view URL]) I would like to be be able to have 3 blog posts lined up horizontally with the titles showing and an image I can choose to represent the specific blog post under the picture would be a short description of what the blog post would be about and when people would click the picture they would be able to read the full article. I would like all the pictures of the blog posts to be the same size. (like on [login to view URL]) -> I like this design, but I would put the titles above the pictures and I would put a short description/exceprt under the image. I like it that they show the dates on the pictures. Is the anyone that can help me. I 'll be glad to clarify or answer any more question if you would have some. Thanks you, Greetings, Filip
