Develop a Website

I need a web site designed for a maid service referral. It will be called zoe. customer would go on the web site to set up and account , credit card info and personal info. They would be a drop down menu. The menu would allow them to pick, what they are looking for and as soon as they select, they would get several options (available services and prices). they can choose and set up a time for the service to be completed. The web site has to be very clean, simple and secure. It should have space for client consumer information, but it should give them the option to pick the desired service and rate the service (write a very short review). it should be mobile device compatible.
