Create 2 JPEG images - header and footer

The job I have is to create 2 JPEG images that look exactly the same as the bits I’ve outlined in red in the attached PDF. I will be using these as the header and footer in an html email that we send from our database system. Some of the fonts in the attached are custom fonts so we will need to change those to a standard font. I have attached the company logo in case you need it as well. The JPEGs need to be 700 pixels wide.
