Looking for a designer to custom design a Wordpress blog based on specs I will provide. No coding, only design graphics. Must have: -Basic knowledge of Wordpress functions -Basic knowledge of Web design (XHTML & CSS) -Advanced Photoshop & Illustrator Skills Must be able to create custom high quality designs with pixel perfect clean buttons, icons, backgrounds, and images for web design.
