Create Print / Publish Ready Version of Our Document

We have a 355 page WORD document that we would like reformatted and made eye-catching enough for final printing and publishing. The works consist of profiles that run about a one and half pages per profile. What we would like a is a way to condense the information so that is still viewable, but everything fits neatly on one page. You will also be given a graphic for each profile as well. Each profile has about two or three paragraphs and two sections below those paragraphs that contain lists of about 10 to 15. This information should be neatly arranged so that unnecessary spacing is eliminated but it is still very readable and eye-catching. Upon completion of this work, you CANNOT show it or submit it to others as part of your portfolio. We consider this a very sensitive and important project so only those we feel we can truly trust with our content will be given a response to continue the discussion about moving forward with us.
