Convert Responsive HTML Pages into Wordpress

I have Responsive HTML Pages which i need to be converted into wordpress. The site functionality is same as [login to view URL] The user will look for the deals and select the deal that is suitable for him then after reading the details he/she will press Book Deal button after which it will redirect to original website but that link will be masked within the internal link. That is the basic concept i am looking for. This will be a test project as im looking for permanent freelancer to work with me on wordpress project so I wil prefer Rawalpindi/Islamabad Freelancer. But other experienced are also welcome. Also please read the project description before bidding as i will ignore copy pasted bids.
